The Apprentice

May 1st, 2013

It’s that time of year again, when Lord Sugar dusts off his best pinstripe suit and makes his way to the boardroom – it’s the start of The Apprentice. This year’s candidates have been announced and they’re looking more glamorous than ever. Fake tans, hair extensions and bronzer have replaced traditional business attire, making it look more like an episode of TOWIE than The Apprentice.

What do you think of this year’s candidates? Do you think they’ve been selected for their business acumen or their glamour?

I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

November 23rd, 2012

Despite our best efforts we haven’t been able to tear ourselves away from this year’s I’m a Celebrity. Our favourites are Helen, Charlie and Linda – who do you like?

Do you think it’s better than last year or is it going downhill? Do you think Brian should have been allowed to go into the jungle? Has Helen done enough or do you want to see her do more?

We’re¬†definitely rooting for a queen of the jungle this year!

November 6th, 2012

We’re looking to hear about all of your weird and wacky addictions this week! Do you have hundreds of pairs of shoes? Are you obsessed with a TV show? Do you live off of one food?

Whatever you’re hooked on we’d love to hear about it – get in touch for big money today!

Drunk and Disorderly

October 22nd, 2012

With all the recent press over women binge drinking we were wondering if any of you had your own horror stories involving drink?

Did you have a bad experience with someone who had too much to drink? Was it you that did something you regretted? Or is it all a bit of harmless fun?

Let us know what you think in the comments below – thanks!

It could be you!

October 19th, 2012

We’re working on lots of stories at the moment – but we need your help! If you or anyone you know fits the bill for any of these stories, get in touch to earn big money.

We’re looking to talk to women who were bullied for the thing that has made them successful. Are you a model who was bullied for her looks at school? Perhaps you were labelled a geek and are now a doctor?

We’re looking to talk to women who regret something about the way they bought up their children. Maybe you sent your child to boarding school and aren’t as close as you wish you were? Perhaps you didn’t go back to work and ended up resentful? Or did you follow all the rules and wished you’d had more fun with your children? Whatever it is, if you’d change it given the chance, get in touch!

We’re looking to talk to women who can pinpoint a moment in their lives that changed its course forever. It could be the moment you walked out of uni and set up your own business. Or the moment you got into a car with a drink driver. Or even the moment you decided to get help for an addiction. What were the consequences of that moment and how have they made your life different?

We’re looking to speak to women who went against tradition and have no regrets. It could be that you had your baby very young and now you’re best friends. Or you left school before your exams and now run a successful business. Or maybe you quit your law degree to be a make-up artist.

We’re looking to speak to women who find it hard to find a man because of their job. Do you have a job that puts men off? Perhaps you work in pest control? Or maybe you have a traditionally male job like a farmer or collecting bins?

We’re looking to speak to women who have a secret addiction! Do you find it impossible to stop yourself buying shoes/handbags/nail varnish? Perhaps you’re addicted to getting your hair blow dried? Do you hide the amount you spend from your partner?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Halloween

October 18th, 2012

With Halloween just around the corner we’re loving hearing your spooky stories. But tales of the paranormal aren’t just for this time of year – we place lots of yours with magazines all year round.

If you’ve had something supernatural happen to you then get in touch for big money today!

Tribute Tattoo

October 17th, 2012

Last week we were very happy to help Sian get her story into Love It! magazine to help her raise money for her cousin’s headstone.

Sian decided to have a moving poem tattooed on her foot in tribute to her cousin who died just weeks before. The two were like sisters and Sian wanted something to remind her of her every day.

Sian was keen to have her story published in a national magazine to help raise the money they needed to buy her cousin the headstone she deserved.

Love It! did a great spread which served as a loving tribute to her cousin and raised the awareness they needed.

From Nurse To Medium

October 15th, 2012

NHS manager Debra Chalmers began her career as a nurse before working her way up into a management position, earning £50k a year Рand gave it all up to become a medium!

We placed her incredible story in The Sun where it appeared last week. Check it out here: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/woman/4582950/Pyschic-ex-nurse-Debra-Chalmers-from-Spennymoor-County-Durham-quit-NHS-to-talk-to-dead.html

Emotional Affair

August 21st, 2012

We’ve been debating whether emotional affairs are just as bad as physical ones today. Are flirty texts, lingering glances and after-work drinks just as bad as the real thing, or only a bit of fun?

When do you draw the line? Is it healthy or is it playing with fire? Has your relationship been affected by an emotional affair?

Let us know what you think!

The X-Factor

August 20th, 2012

It’s that time of year again! Love it or loathe it, The X Factor’s back on our screens. With a reported two million less people tuning in on Saturday, it looks like it’s going to have to try a bit harder to get our attention this year.

Do you know any of this years contestants? Perhaps you auditioned yourself? We’d love to hear from you!
